1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Dialbox.ca (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
2. Account Management
- Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts are personal to your business and may not be shared.
- Violations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, including fraudulent activity or misuse.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload or use data that does not belong to your business.
- Impersonate or spoof another business or entity.
- Disrupt the Service, reverse engineer our systems, or engage in illegal activities.
- Use the Service to train AI models with unauthorized third-party data.
Ownership: You retain ownership of all data, call logs, and documents you upload.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed upfront or monthly. Prices are subject to change; updates will be notified via email or the website.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via your dashboard before the billing cycle.
- Refunds: Evaluated case-by-case at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
- Dialbox Ownership: We own all rights to the Service, including code, trademarks, AI models, and website content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
- Your Data: You own your uploaded business data, call logs, and documents.
6. Termination
- By You: Cancel anytime via your dashboard. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing period.
- By Us: We may terminate accounts for fraud, breach of these Terms, or illegal activity.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
- Service “As Is”: The Service is provided without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
- No Liability: Dialbox is not liable for:
- Service disruptions, downtime, or data loss.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.
8. Third-Party Services
Third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Google Analytics, OpenAI) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
- Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Dispute Resolution: Claims must be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
10. Updates to Terms
Updates will be posted on the Dialbox.ca website or app dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
