Every contact includes full conversation history, is deduplicated by phone number and email, and can be exported to CSV. The contact database is included on all plans with no limits on the number of contacts you can store. Dialbox also includes a staff directory where you can manage employees and contractors, assign them to services with custom pricing, and control AI receptionist awareness. Phone Line, Assist, and Voice Station are independent products. You can use any one on its own. When a team member has any two of these, cross-product features unlock automatically. Assist or Voice Station can make outbound calls and send SMS to customers on your behalf, and whisper mode gives you real-time AI guidance during active customer calls.

How do team roles and permissions work?

Every Dialbox account includes three roles: Owner, Manager, and Staff. Owners have full account access. Managers can configure AI settings, manage staff, and view all activity. Staff members see only what's relevant to their role. Invite team members from your dashboard. They set up their own profile and get access to the mobile app. No per-seat charge for profile-only staff. Paid add-ons like Phone Line and Assist are assigned per person from their staff profile.

What happens when my free trial ends?

You'll be moved to the plan you selected during signup. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your dashboard. We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends so there are no surprises.

Do you support businesses outside of Canada and the USA?

Not at this time. Dialbox currently serves businesses in Canada and the United States only. We provide local phone numbers and pricing in local currency for both countries.
