Starter and Scale plans have a 10-minute limit per call, while Growth plans allow up to 20 minutes. In practice, most business calls are under 5 minutes, so these limits are rarely hit.

Dialbox is focused on serving Canadian businesses, however our plans and phone numbers extend to our friends in the USA and accounts will work there too. We support Canada and the USA only.
