1. Program Details
Brand: Dialbox, operated by Neon Fox Inc.
Message types: Transactional and conversational SMS only. This includes missed-call text-backs, appointment reminders, and customer service responses. Dialbox does not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Message frequency: Varies based on your interaction with the business. You will only receive messages related to your specific inquiry or appointment.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@dialbox.ca.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy goods or services from any business using Dialbox.
2. How Consent Is Collected
2.1 Verbal Consent During Inbound Calls
When a customer calls a business that uses Dialbox, the AI receptionist or business representative may ask for verbal consent to send a follow-up text message. Consent is collected during the call before any message is sent.
Example disclosure script:
"I can send you a text message with that information. By saying yes, you agree to receive an SMS from [Business Name] powered by Dialbox. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Would you like me to send that text?"
2.2 Keyword Opt-In
Consumers can opt in to receive messages by texting START or SUBSCRIBE to a Dialbox-powered business phone number. After texting the keyword, the consumer receives a confirmation message with program details and opt-out instructions.
Opt-in confirmation message:
"You are now opted in to receive SMS messages from [Business Name] powered by Dialbox. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."
3. Opt-Out & Help Details
3.1 Opt-Out (STOP)
Text STOP to any Dialbox-powered number to opt out. You will receive the following confirmation:
"You have been unsubscribed from [Business Name] SMS messages. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to re-subscribe."
After opting out, no further messages will be sent from that business. This is enforced at the platform level and cannot be overridden by the business.
3.2 Help (HELP)
Text HELP to any Dialbox-powered number for assistance. You will receive the following response:
"For help with SMS from [Business Name], contact support@dialbox.ca. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out."
3.3 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.
4. Privacy & Data Handling
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
