Assist is part of Dialbox. Every current plan includes an owner Phone + Assist license. Core includes chat lookup Assist, Pro adds voice lookup Assist, and Max or Managed add approved action support. Add staff licenses for employees who need their own calling, texting, dialer, and Assist access.

Is Assist priced separately?

Assist is included for the owner or account holder inside every current Dialbox plan. Additional Phone + Assist staff licenses are $35 CAD/user/month, or $420 CAD/user/year on an annual plan, for employees who need their own access.

Is Assist PIPEDA compliant?

Yes. Assist is designed to follow the same security model as Dialbox: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access follows staff permissions, and your documents are not used to train AI models. Dialbox is PIPEDA compliant.

Can Assist run Outbound campaigns?

No. Assist is for staff-initiated 1:1 work. Warm list follow-up belongs to Outbound and follows plan limits, consent controls, and compliance rules.

What is Assist Station?

Assist Station is a Max and Managed front desk surface powered by Assist. Staff authenticate with a PIN and ask for business information by voice without needing their own device.
