How do I verify that webhook requests are from Dialbox?
Every request includes an HMAC-SHA256 signature. Your webhook secret is in the dashboard. Verify the signature to confirm requests are genuine.
What happens if my webhook endpoint is temporarily unavailable?
We retry with exponential backoff. Up to 5 attempts over 24 hours. Plenty of time to resolve temporary issues.
