Dialbox pricing principle: Businesses should not be penalized for getting more calls. Every Virtual Receptionist plan includes unlimited inbound caller minutes, so success creates more opportunities instead of surprise usage charges.

### Business Phone

- Best for: Teams that need a business number, calling, texting, voicemail, IVR, and extensions without live AI answering.
- Availability: Self-serve Business Phone onboarding is not open yet. Customers cannot sign up for Business Phone directly today. Contact Dialbox for availability.
- Relationship to AI Receptionist: AI Receptionist plans include one primary business number and one included owner/admin phone user. They do not include the full Business Phone system unless Business Phone is added.
- Receptionist customers can add Business Phone to run a standard phone tree and route selected calls or extensions to the AI Receptionist.

## Notes

- Some add-ons extend Virtual Receptionist. Business Phone can be purchased standalone or added to a receptionist plan, but self-serve Business Phone onboarding is not open yet.
- Business Phone user licenses unlock manual calling, SMS, voicemail, IVR, and phone-system controls. There is no discounted dialer add-on for AI Receptionist.
- AI Voicemail is a Business Phone add-on for missed-call voicemail only. It does not answer live calls, use tools, book appointments, or replace Virtual Receptionist.
- Campaigns Starter is for manual or scheduled warm customer AI call and SMS campaigns. Starter includes 75 AI call attempts/month, 300 connected AI-call minutes/month, 500 SMS segments/month, 3 active campaigns, 1,000 contacts touched/month, 5-minute max campaign calls, 60 call attempts/hour, and 250 call attempts/day.
- Campaigns Pro is for automated CRM or event-triggered warm customer campaign workflows. Pro includes 200 AI call attempts/month, 800 connected AI-call minutes/month, 2,000 SMS segments/month, 10 active campaigns, 10,000 contacts touched/month, 10-minute max campaign calls, 100 call attempts/hour, 500 call attempts/day, and approved overages or custom volume options.
- Campaigns are never for cold outreach, prospecting, scraped lists, rented lists, or third-party lead campaigns. Starter is 45 USD/month or 456 USD/year, and 59 CAD/month or 588 CAD/year. Pro is 99 USD/month or 990 USD/year, and 129 CAD/month or 1,290 CAD/year. Self-serve checkout still needs wiring.
